You may return most new, unused notions and packaged items sold by secretworkshop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’re sorry but we can't accept for return cut fabric, unless we shipped you the wrong product. You are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Your credit card account will be credited within 7 business days of receiving the return product(s). If you paid by check or money order, expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receiving the return product(s). However in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
