This quick and easy Halloween treat bag requires only a small amount of fabric but is sure to bring a smile from everyone who sees it!

0.6 meters of Bali-HALLOWEEN DELIGHT - NAVY

Directions
Straps
*cut a 10cm strip WOF from the 0.6 m of Halloween print fabric to use as straps
*cut this strip into 2 pieaces at the fold
*fold each strap piece lengthwise RST and press
*sew along the short, cut end and the long edge to form a tube with the selvedges at the open ends
*turn right side out and press
Bag
*fold the 0.5m bag fabric width-wise and sew both edges to make a bag approximately 48cm x 58cm (the folded edge becomes the bottom of the bag)
*fold top edge 5cm to the inside and press; repeat for second fold and sew along edge to form top of bag
*mark 13 cm from each ead of the strap and align that mark with the top of the bag about 13cm in from each side of the bag
*pin the strap in place and sew securely to the tote bag
*repeat to form the other strap
Optional Flat Bottom
*press side seams and bottom of the tote bag and turn inside out
*form a triangle by matching the side seam with the press mark on the bottom
*sew a straight line about 10cm from the corner of the triangle
*repeat on the other side
Turn right side out, collect your Halloween Treats and ENJOY!
